These categories describe this website’s collection and business-purpose disclosures. We obtain them directly from you or automatically from your interaction with the site. We do not ask for payment-card details, account passwords, government identifiers, precise location, biometric identifiers, or health information. Please do not put these or confidential client records in an inquiry. If you send sensitive information voluntarily, it may be included in your support record; contact us to request its removal.

How inquiries and service providers work

Your submitted inquiry is stored with the website’s hosting service and sent through Resend to help@decort.net, which creates a Freshdesk support ticket. Authorized team members use it to review and respond. Submission does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Information may remain in the inquiry record if email delivery is temporarily unsuccessful.

We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or to advisers and successors in connection with a business transaction, subject to applicable protections. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Their own notices describe their processing: OpenAI, Cloudflare, Resend, Freshworks, and Google.

Cookies, tracking, and opt-out signals

Optional Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager scripts stay unloaded until you accept analytics. Rejecting optional tracking keeps them off, including analytics requests that do not use cookies. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalized advertising, and Google signals are disabled in our site configuration.

This website does not enable advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use the website to sell inquiry information for money. Google receives the analytics data described above when you opt in; reject analytics to prevent that optional disclosure.

lets you reject or withdraw optional analytics at any time. We respect Global Privacy Control (GPC) and the browser’s Do Not Track (DNT) signal by keeping optional analytics off, even if that browser previously accepted. This is a browser-level choice; it does not delete earlier records. There is no website login through which we associate these preferences across devices. Set your choices on each browser or device you use.

See the cookie notice for storage names, purposes, and expiration. Essential delivery and security processing and information you deliberately submit still operate when analytics is off. Google and other providers may also collect information across other sites you use under their own policies. External links have their own privacy practices.

How long information is kept

Inquiry and correspondence records are retained according to the time needed to address your request, support an ongoing business relationship, preserve relevant agreements, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal recordkeeping obligations. Duration varies with the request and the resulting relationship. Security records are retained according to operational and provider requirements. Contact us to request deletion or information about your record; applicable legal and security exceptions may limit deletion.

The browser privacy choice expires after 365 days. Analytics cookies created by our current configuration expire after up to 180 days and are not extended on each visit. Expiration of a browser cookie is separate from retention of data already received by Google. Analytics report retention depends on the Google Analytics property settings. Provider backups and legally required records can persist after deletion from active systems.

Privacy requests and U.S. state rights

You can ask us to access or explain the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, provide a portable copy, or stop optional processing. Depending on your state and whether its law applies, you may also have rights to know categories or specific recipients, opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive information, withdraw consent, and opt out of profiling used for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. This website does not perform that kind of automated decision-making. We do not offer financial incentives for providing personal information.

Submit a request: email help@decort.net with “DeCort.ai privacy request”. This is also our designated address for Nevada sale opt-out requests. Describe the request and identify the email address you used to contact us. You may include your state to help us identify applicable rights. Do not send a password or identity document with your initial request. Cookie opt-outs work directly through and do not require an account, email, or identity verification.

We may reasonably verify your identity before disclosing, changing, or deleting records, using information appropriate to the request. An authorized agent may contact us with evidence of permission; additional verification may be required. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any applicable extension or refusal. Exercising privacy rights will not result in unlawful discrimination.

Appeals: if we decline your request, reply to our decision or email the same address with “Privacy appeal” and explain why you disagree. We will review and respond as required by applicable law. You may also contact your state attorney general or privacy regulator about an unresolved concern. California residents may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency. State rights, exceptions, and appeal procedures vary; this notice does not reduce any rights the law gives you.

Children and sensitive uses

This is a business-services website intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or use known children’s information for targeted advertising. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate. This site is not a patient portal and does not solicit consumer health data or biometric identification.

Security and changes to this notice

We use safeguards appropriate to operating the website, including encrypted connections, submission validation, and abuse controls. No system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice when our practices change and will post the revised effective date here. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain permission before materially different processing.
