Effective September 26, 2026. This notice supplements our privacy policy. Cookies are small browser records. Local storage is a separate browser storage mechanism. We use the controls below for both types of optional tracking.
What this site uses
| Technology | Purpose and provider | Duration and choice |
|---|---|---|
decort_privacy_v1 in local storage | DeCort: saves your analytics choice, version, and timestamp. Essential preference storage, not an advertising identifier. | Valid for 365 days; replaced when you change your choice. An expired value may remain in storage but cannot authorize analytics. If storage is blocked, choices apply only for the current page session. |
_ga and _ga_5LRZ8ZVNT4 cookies | Google Analytics: distinguish browsers and maintain analytics session information after permission. | Up to 180 days under our site configuration, without automatic renewal on each visit. Optional; rejected by default. |
| Google Tag Manager script | Loads tag-management code after analytics permission. The current container has no separate advertising tags. The manager itself is not an additional cookie category. | Optional. Unloaded before permission and after a page reload following withdrawal. |
| Hosting and security technology | ChatGPT Sites/OpenAI and Cloudflare deliver the site and protect requests. Infrastructure may use security or session storage when required. | Essential; depends on the security feature and provider. Blocking necessary technology can affect access or forms. |
What Google receives after opt-in
Google Analytics may process a browser identifier, page and engagement information, browser/device details, approximate location, and a successful-inquiry event. The inquiry event contains the form location, not your name, email address, subject, or message. Our page configuration removes query strings and fragments from the page URL sent with its initial analytics configuration and reduces the referrer to its website origin.
Advertising consent remains denied even if you accept analytics. The site does not intentionally send inquiry contents to Google or enable advertising cookies, Google signals, session replay, or personalized advertising. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Accept, reject, or change your choice
The first-visit notice gives equally available accept and reject choices. Dismissing settings or continuing to browse does not grant consent. You can reopen settings using “Your privacy choices” in the footer. Rejecting optional tracking does not block the inquiry form.
When you withdraw permission, the site disables Analytics, removes accessible Google analytics cookies, and reloads the page to terminate loaded tracking code. Save any unfinished inquiry before changing an active setting. Withdrawal affects future collection; to request deletion of previous records, follow the privacy-request instructions.
Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) keeps optional tracking disabled and takes priority over a previous acceptance. Preferences apply to this browser, not every device. Clearing browser storage may remove your saved choice; optional tracking remains off until a new permitted choice is made. With JavaScript disabled, optional Google scripts do not load.
Browser controls
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. This does not necessarily remove local storage or delete information providers already received. Security processing, server logs, and information you choose to submit are described in the privacy policy.
